Service Description

Mandatory:: All NEW clients must schedule a 'New Client Consultation' before Booking any services with Focused'n'Fit Training. The consultation allows me to get a better idea of your goals and expectations which allows for the proper program recommendation to be made. The Consultation is a $30 non-refundable fee

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 6hrs prior to scheduled time slot. Failure to do so could result in $25 cancellation fee or session 'deduction'.
