My goal is to help clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health & wellness. As someone who has struggled with weight for most of my life, I learned the importance of nutrition and how to use strength training to attain my own goals. I was eager to share my knowledge and in 2016, I became a Certified Personal Trainer. As a trainer I will meet with each client to gauge fitness level and goals before creating a custom routine, ensuring accountability and helping them through their fitness journey.
